These plants come from a vegetable garden led in permaculture of vegetables, aromatic, medicinal plants and fruit trees and small fruits.

 

Present naturally under the Pyrenees for millions of years, the Salies-de-Béarn Salt is deeply protected in waters ten times salty than sea water.

It is obtained by simple evaporation of this groundwater according to an old method: in a salt pan. This authentic and traditional production method gives this 100% natural salt, exceptionally rich in trace elements, incomparable taste qualities.

It has been used for centuries on tables in the South West of France.
