Hemp and honey seasoning

- 1/4 cup of hemp oil or a mixture of hemp oil and another oil.

- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard

- 2 tablespoons of honey

- 1 pinch of salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch of Espelette pepper

Hummus with hemp oil

-3 cups cooked chickpeas
- the juice of a fresh lemon
-2 tablespoons of hemp oil

-1 beautiful clove of fresh garlic

-1 small pinch of our salt of Béarn salies with hemp or other salt. ( The rock salt of Salies de Béarn contains less sodium than sea salt but has a much more intense salting power.)

Mix everything until it is smooth

Store in the refrigerator.


Hemp and lemon sauce

- 100ml hemp oil

- 35g shelled hemp seeds (you can also grill them before)

- lemon juice and zest

- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

- 2 tablespoons of chopped mint

- 2 tablespoons chopped chives

(Parsley has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.)

Hemp seed toast

- 1 slice of country bread, lightly toasted -1 tablespoon of aioli

½ avocado cut into thin slices

- 1 radis cut into thin rings

- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

- 2 teaspoons of hulled hemp seeds

With CBD (cannabinoids)

CBD oil evokes cut grass infused with olive oil. Its taste goes very well with thyme and rosemary. Put in a few drops in your piperade for example, diluted in a spoon of olive oil.

Do not overheat it, it would lose its taste and its effect would be altered. So we add it after cooking.

CBD is fat soluble, so it's easy to add it to most recipes by combining it with healthy fats - such as olive oil, coconut oil, coconut butter ...

It is particularly good on salads.

Adding garlic or chili will add a spicy effect. Just make sure to shake well before use so that the CBD is well incorporated.

You can add CBD to almost any dish, even if it doesn't contain a lot of fat.

Any preparation low in fat should be beaten well for the CBD to be better distributed.

The taste of CBD goes very well with tomatoes.

1 kg of tomatoes

- 2 onions

- 3 green peppers

- 4 sweet red peppers

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 pinch of pepper

- 1 level tablespoon caster sugar

- 3 drops of CBD mixed in 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- 40 ml of gin of your choice
- 100 ml of toner
- A touch of lemon juice
- 1 drop of CBD oil

If you don't drink alcohol, replace the gin with juniper syrup.

Golden milk with cucurma

- 1 cup of almond milk / coconut milk

- ½ teaspoon ground or grated fresh organic turmeric

- A pinch of ground organic cinnamon

- A pinch of black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla essence

- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

- 1 teaspoon of honey (add after cooking. Honey should not be heated

- 1 drop of CBD

With seaweed tartare


Raw zucchini spaghetti, avocado, seaweed tartare

Serve in a ramekin with a few slices of toast
Open your potatoes in half, dig the heart out and add a little seaweed tartare.

- 2 large zucchini

- 1 lawyer

- 1 tablespoon seaweed tartare

- 1 clove of garlic

- 1 case of tamari (soy sauce)

- 1 C. to s. lemon juice

- black olives and green olives

- Sesame seeds
